You know what? Oil City has no official school records. Take it from someone (me) who has covered OCHS football for 25 years. There are none -- officially.
Some years records weren't kept. Some years they were lost. When Chris Delmonaco was throwing for 1,000 yards in the late 1980s, a call was put out in the newspaper asking readers if they know someone who did better.
Same thing when Chris Conway ran for 293 yards in the 1985 finale against Hickory.
No one responded.
