Luke Klena accounted for Oil City's points with a 5-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Dom Reed kicked the extra point to give the Oilers a 7-0 lead.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Franklin scored on its ensuing possession on a run by Romeo Cooley, but the conversion attempt failed. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Leading 7-6, Oil City expanded its lead to 15-6 after John Klena scored on a 2-yard run and Hadley passed to Jeff Zimoski for the PAT.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Once again, Franklin answered with a Cooley touchdown to close the gap to 15-12 entering the second quarter.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Hadley then ran for a touchdown to hike the margin to 21-12 before Cooley scored his third rushing TD to cut the margin to 21-20 by haalftime.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>OIl City opened the second-half scoring on a TD pass from Hadley to Zack Switzer with Reed adding the extra point for a 28-20 lead.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Franklin came back with a touchdown from  QB Nick Billingsley to pull the Knights to within two at 28-26, but the two-point conversion failed.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Oil City scored the next two touchdowns as Switzer blocked a punt and recovered the ball in the end zone before Hadley added his INT return to put the Oilers up 41-26.
