Oilers 34, Slippery Rock 14
Lucas MccVay passed for two touchdowns and ran for another for the Oilers, who did all their scoring in the sec ond half.
The Rockets led 7-0 at the break, but Luke Klena returned the second-half kickoff 85 yards for a TD to tie the game.
McVay scored on a 2-yard run and then connected with Jeff Zimoski for 25- and 30-yard touchdowns. He also passed to Dan Yarnell for a PAT.
John Klena scored on a 45-yard run on the last play of the game.
Luke Klena had two interceptions and Zach Dunkle added another.
Oilers 48, Sharon 13
Tyler Fleeger opened the scoring with a 22-yard catch from Blake Hadley and Luke Klena kicked the first of four PATs.
Klena added and an 11-yard TD and Lucas McVay teamed with Danny Yarnell on a 27-yard tochdown to give the Oilers (2-1) a 19-0 lead after the first quarter.
McVay and Mark Hutchinson teamed up for a 10-yard scoring stike in the second quarter and Alec Deloe added a 72-yard interception return to make it 34-6 at the half.
John Klena scored on an 8-yard run oin the third quarter and Don Bickel added an 18-yard TD run in the fourth.
Coach Tim Reed lauded the blocking of the offensive lineand the hard running of John Klena.
Wilmington 28, Oilers 6
Wilmington raced to a 21-6 halftime advantage en route to a 28-6 win. Luke Klena accounted for Oil City's points with a 5-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Oil City (2-2) will host Titusville next Monday.
OIlers 39, Titusville 0
Mark Hutchinson caught three touchdown passes and Blake Hadley passed rfor two TDs and returned another to paydirt.
The Oilers (3-2) led 28-0 after the first quarterwhen Hadley passed to Hutchinson for a 45-yard touchdown. Lucas McVay threw for the next two TDs, one a 71-yard bomb to Jeff Zimoski and the other a 3-yarder to Hutchinson. McVay also passed to Hutchinson for a PAT
Hadley closed out the first froame with a 64-yard INT return for a TD.
Hadley threw a 20-yard scoring pass to bHutchinson in the second quarter. an interception by Danny Yarnell set up that TD.
An interception by Hutchinson led to Luke Klena's 54-yard TD run in the third quarter.
The Oilers will visit Greenville on Monday.
Oilers 18, Greenville 14
Lucas McVay threw for two touchdowns, and scored another on a 2-yard run that broke a 6-6 tie.
His scoring strikes went to Danny Yarnell for 15 yards and to Mark Hutchinson for 18.
The OC coaching staff lauded the play of the defense.
The Oilers (4-2) will travel to Franklin on Monday.

Oilers 20, Franklin 0
Luke Klena rushed for more than 100 yards, and scored on runs of 70 and 41 yards. He also added a two-point conversion.
Lucas McVay gave the Oilers (5-2) a 6-0 lead on a 1-yard run in the opening quarter. It stayed that way until Klena scored from 70 yards out in the third. He scored his second TD in the fourth.
John Klena had an INT for the Oilers, who will host Eisenhower at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Oilers 41, Franklin 34
Blake Hadley threw for two touchdowns, ran for another and scored on a 60-yard interception return.
Oil City, which finished the season with a 6-2 record, opened the scoring on a 20-yard fade pass from Hadley to Danny Yarnell. Dom Reed kicked the extra point to give the Oilers a 7-0 lead.
Franklin scored on its ensuing possession on a run by Romeo Cooley, but the conversion attempt failed.
Leading 7-6, Oil City expanded its lead to 15-6 after John Klena scored on a 2-yard run and Hadley passed to Jeff Zimoski for the PAT.
Once again, Franklin answered with a Cooley touchdown to close the gap to 15-12 entering the second quarter.
Hadley then ran for a touchdown to hike the margin to 21-12 before Cooley scored his third rushing TD to cut the margin to 21-20 by haalftime.
OIl City opened the second-half scoring on a TD pass from Hadley to Zack Switzer with Reed adding the extra point for a 28-20 lead.
Franklin came back with a touchdown from QB Nick Billingsley to pull the Knights to within two at 28-26, but the two-point conversion failed.
Oil City scored the next two touchdowns as Switzer blocked a punt and recovered the ball in the end zone before Hadley added his INT return to put the Oilers up 41-26. Reed kicked the extra point following Switzer's TD.
Franklin responded with a touchdown run from Jeff Cross and Billingsley added the two-point conversion.
