Vaughn scored on a short run against Warren after Harmon caught a long pass to the Warren 12...Enos caught a scoring pass from Porter... That set up a showdown at Meadville for a big Alpha Cup game...A motor caravan left South Side Junior High at 11:30 a.m. for the 3:30 p.m. game...Vaughn scored on a 20-yard run for the game's first TD...Harmon recovered a fumble in the end zone for the second...The third TD came on a 7-yard pass from Chuck Wood to Wilson...Wood also passed 30 yards to Wilson to set up the last TD after Wilson intercepted a pass and made an 18-yard return...That clinched the cup...
